Clubhouse Rental
Located in Northern Bergen County, this unique location is a non-smoking facility with handicap access. We are perfect for any private DIY (do it yourself) event such as bridal showers, luncheons, dinners, birthdays, graduation parties, communion/confirmation, etc. where you bring your own caterer, florist and DJ. We feature a 30 ft by 60 ft room which houses a stage with a dressing room and full kitchen. Tables (60 inch round and 8 ft rectangular banquet) and padded chairs are provided at no additional charge. The room accommodates 100 guests with a dance floor area. There is onsite parking for your guests. The hall features a large coat closet, updated restrooms and wifi. All surface areas are disinfected using a Ryobi Electrostatic Sprayer prior to your event.
Rental contracts cover 4 hours of party time plus 1 hour setup time. Our custodian/security guard sets up tables and chairs in accordance to your headcount.

Pricing Information
- Rental fee (4 hour party) =
- $800 (Sunday – Thursday),
- $900 (Friday & Saturday)
- Refundable security deposit = $300 (if there’s no property damage, it is fully refunded back to you)
- Extra party hour = $200
- Cancellation fee = $300 (if the event is cancelled for ANY reason, there’s a $300 nonrefundable cancellation fee)
- Custodial tip appreciated
The rental fee and security deposit are required upon signing of the contract.
